Robots Are Becoming Intelligent.
We Make Them Productive.

BUILDING THE INFRASTRUCTURE FOR PHYSICAL AI

Rohmann Automation is building the missing process layer between intelligent robots and industrial production, decoupling the robot from the process and making industrial process knowledge reusable.

AI Can Teach Robots How to Move.
But Movement Alone Does Not Create Production.

To weld, manufacture, dose, inspect, repair, or assemble, a robot still requires tools, process equipment, media, parameters, safety, data, and industrial knowledge. Today, this process layer is rebuilt for almost every machine, every application, and every customer.

This Is the Layer We Are Standardizing.

Built From 14 Years of Real Industrial Execution.

At 14, Jascha Rohmann programmed his first robot in his parents’ garage. At 21, he founded Rohmann Automation without investors or bank financing.

Fourteen years and more than 40 delivered production systems later, one question kept returning: "Why Does Every Automation Project Start From Zero?"

The answer became our new direction: Separate the robot from the process and turn industrial process knowledge into reusable infrastructure.

Physical AI
The Missing Infrastructure
Industrial Pressure

Robots are becoming more intelligent, autonomous, and mobile. We are building the infrastructure that turns flexible hardware into productive manufacturing systems.

The physical process layer underneath intelligent robots is still individually engineered and difficult to scale. We standardize the missing layer between robots and production.

Small and mid-sized manufacturers need automation that can be deployed and expanded without restarting engineering from zero. We provide the reusable infrastructure for scalable production.

From Project Engineering to Reusable Infrastructure

Today
The Platform Direction

Traditional automation projects are characterized by high engineering costs and significant integration time. Every new machine requires a unique, one-off solution, locking process knowledge within a single project and creating a barrier to scalable deployment.

  • Standardized modular base for flexible robotic integration
  • Reusable process modules for rapid expansion
  • Transferable process knowledge across projects
  • Software and data layer for lifecycle management
  • Partner ecosystem for equipment and software

Every Intelligent Robot Should Be Able to Access Industrial Process Knowledge.

Our vision is a world in which welding, manufacturing, dosing, inspection, and repair are no longer engineered from scratch for every robot and every factory. Processes become reusable, deployable, and continuously improvable.
